Organise Your Move

To organise your move with the building manager please insure that you are booking at least 5 days prior to your planned move.

Once off deliveries to the building

All once off deliveries can be done at anytime 24/7 please ensure that you escort your delivery through the basement and up the lift.

You do not need to contact the Building Manager for any once off deliveries of furniture or whitegoods. Please escort your driver and delivery through the building ensuring that common area is not damaged by the delivery.

Moving In/Out

In all cases of moving in and out you will need to contact the Building Manager  to move in or out. 

All items must come into/out of the building through the basement from Queens lane only. Have your truck park on Queens lane and call the Building Manager to get your lift locked off and your move procedure started,.

Moving times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

The lift dimensions are as followed.

There are 3 passenger lifts located at Opera in the central lift lobby.

Basement car park height is restricted to 2.1 metres for residents using a van or a utility.

Is my booking confirmed?
Your booking request will be sent to our building manager who will then confirm your booking via email or phone.

Yes, simply contact us with information on your apartment number and new date request.
When can I book facilities?

You can start booking facilities once you have registered and the building manager has approved your request.
